The Thang

While moseying/woseying over to pick up an additional coupon we came upon an FNG out for a walk and after hearing about what we were up to he decided to join the beatdown.

After obtaining coupons we formed a line in the grass and prepared to do some modified 11s with 5 exercises on each side and Tunnel of Love as the mode of transportation.

We started with:

LBCs x1ic (cadence called by QiC)

Block curl x1 (OYO)

American Hammer x1 (OYO)

Block bench press x1 (OYO)

Thruster x10 (OYO)

First PAX to finish dropped into a plank then each successive PAX commando crawled through then did a plank to form the tunnel of love. We continued the tunnel of love until each PAX crawled twice then started the other half of the 5 x 11s:

Flutterkicks x10ic (cadence called by QiC)

First PAX to finish squats dropped into a plank to start the tunnel, then successive PAX commando crawled through. Some shenanigans ensued during the multiple passes through the tunnel of love…

For about the first five rounds of 11s PAX crawled twice. With about 15 minutes we switched to one crawl per PAX and got up to:

Big Blue – students made a bet that if they all got better than 83% that marking period he would let them paint his nails. Big Blue showed off his beautiful blue nails. Praise for the marching band experience this season for his 2.0. Glad to be back out after his back went out a few weeks ago.
