8 PAX made it out on the 1st day of the 12th month to count to twelve. After a MoS (Moment of Stretching) we got moving with our BoB (Band of Brothers), ending with a CoT (Circle of Trust) before rolling out with a MoT (Mode of Transportation).

The Thang

We mosied over to the parking lot by the recreation center for some sets of 12 things. Trojan and Cat were messing with Barndoor ‘s water bottle again, 3 burpees just for them. But then Trojan called me out for some apparent breach of etiquette and I did 3 burpees…

Round 1

With the first parking lot line as line 0, run out to line 12 and do 12 WW2s, crabwalk to line 11 and…I was going to count down from 12 and reduce reps but Kodak asked if we were doing 12 at each line…I decided that math was easier. So we did 12 at each line with a crabwalk in between until we got back to the start, or 144 WW2s total.

Round 2

Same format but this time 12 squats at each line with a lunge walk between each line or 144 squats total.

Round 3

We started with 12 merkins at each line, bear crawling between lines, but for mercies sake dropped to 6 at each line from line 6 down, so 108 merkins total.

Round 4

12 Pickle pointers at each line, rolling up into a duck walk in between lines, for a total of 144 pickle pointers. Trojan asked about doing the one leg pickle pointers, so about midway we switched to one leg up, twice for each leg before switching back to regular.

Final round

Run to line 12 and do 1 burpee at each line with a mosey in between or 12 burpees.

Mosey back.

COT

It was great to see Boucher back out and as a bonus he got his new custom coupon!

Barndoor – continued prayers for daughter’s grandfather and another surgery.

Prayers for continued peace as the holidays continue, especially for those with challenging or changing situations that may make this time of year tough.
