Warm Up

Little Bunyan waking us up at 5:15am…so after I had to make a decision of getting frustrated/irritated, or make the best of it. First exercise was rolling out of the fartsack, and containing my frustration.

-Got shoes on Little Bunyan and myself and these two loons went out the door!

 

The Thang

~1/2 mile ruck, with Little Bunyan on my shoulders

-stopped to listen to the loons.

-walked ~1/4 mile side-by-side

-Irkens on a rock (x25 SC)

-SSH (x25 SC)

-Mosey ~1/4 mile

~1/2 mile walk

-Weighted Squats (Little Bunyan on my shoulders) (x15 IC)

-Weighted Lunges (x30 SC) (15 Each Leg)

-Ruck the rest of the way back to camp.

-Dips (x30 SC)

Prayers for Trojan this week as he goes for Q’ deLanco!

Prayers for a safe, fun, and relaxing week for us. 

Finished with some fishing, coffee, and some intentional conversation about listening to mommy and daddy, being patient, and following directions.
The patience part was more for me. Need to be intentional about being more patient with Little Bunyan, and trying to focus on seeing the world through his eyes. We’re surrounded by God’s beautiful creation, and being “upta Camp” is all about drawing nearer to our creator. And no better way to do that than come into His presence as a child.
