We had a great turnout for Ultimate. Get it on your radar for the weekends of July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving as well.

We started by doing 10 burpees and a spring across the field to split up teams. We had some inadvertent contact, but avoided any serious injuries. The endless end zone gave Popo a change to layout on some asphalt. Glad that The Juice had ANSI Certified safety glasses.

It was great to welcome 4 FNG's who didn't waste any time being a part of the festivities. We also had appearances from Bunyan, Caterpillar and Fridge

Prayers for Eagle's M's knee, graduates and their next steps, Rapunzel's friend, Bunyan's M, Caterpillar's leg, and honoring all of those who sacrificed for the people of this country.
