four cones on the field. Each Cone had an exercise.

each team starts at a cone, one at a time, five reps of that exercise other teammates plank until their turn once everybody has done their five run around the cones start at the next one. Once you’ve hit all the cones increase the rep count by five. oh yeah while you’re running, you have your hand on your other teammates, shoulder. United we run divided we fail. Nice work everyone I know one team was able to get to the 20 count.
