– Carry Block to starting area
– Mosey around lower pavillion and back to start
The Thing
Go through extercises below. Stayed together first time through then OYO after that. After completing all 5 exercises, run a lap around the lower pavillion and repeat
1. 5 Blockees at starting end. Rifle carry to other end and perform 10 “We’re Not Worthy”. Farmer carry back to start.
2. 5 Blockees at start. Rifle carry to cone 3 and perform 15 No Cheat Merkins. Farmer carry back to start.
3. 5 Blockees at start. Rifle carry to cone 4 and perform 20 Power Squats. Farmer carry back to start.
4. 5 Blockees at start. Rifle carry to cone 5 and perform IC Flutter Kicks or Crunchy frogs. Farmer carry back to start.
5. 5 Blockees at start. Rifle carry to cone 6 and perform 30 shrugs. Farmer carry back to start.
Run loop around lower pavilion, then repeat
