Full-Body 1–10–1 Pyramid Ladder
👉 Start at 1 rep each, build up to 10 reps each, then work back down to 1.
Exercises are performed back-to-back, then run between rounds. Need to do a buy in of 5 pull ups and 10 meetings (alternating every other) before every round

Example;
Round 1: 5 pull ups, 1 Blockee, 1 Block curl, 1 Block Squat, 1 WWII → run
Round 2: 10 merkins, 2 of each → run
… keep going until 10 of each → run
Then descend back down (9, 8, … 1)
Most of us only made it up the ladder – Big Blue made it up and got back down to 8.
