Virtual Q due to the snow storm which brought back Covid days 😂. DoorDash led it .  We did various stretching exercises, 110 burpees, merkins, squats and more stretching.  Finished with COT and virtual Coffeteria! Good to have Forrest and  wet nap join us from down range !
