I wasn’t alone !! Wooohooo !! 3 pax rucked 3.08 miles before the rain! Not so lucky with the rain on the beatdown! We got soaked but is was awesome! 8 Pax came for a wet beatdown. We got in 2.32 miles! You guys crushed it !! 💪💪. Thanks for joining me this morning brothers! We even had an Eagle sighting at coffeteria ! It was great to see Eagle and his M! Eagle says they don’t need anything but I am asking all Pax to pray for them. They need our prayers more than ever 🙏! Please continue to send them prayers and messages of encouragement! They are very much in need of both right now ! Let’s surround them in prayer brothers !

Bear crawl to the 1st cone. PAX would then flip to the crab walk to 2nd cone, Back to the bear crawl to the 3rd cone. flip crab walk to the 4th cone. X2
Mosey to parking lot
1 lap around parking lot. 10 burpees, 10 Squats, then 10 hand release Merkins. Lap around parking lot. Then 9,9, 9 of same. Lap around the parking lot . Rinse and repeat down to 1 .
