BACKBLAST:

6 Pax made it for the WOD at 5:30.

 

15 Pax were out on an absolutely gorgeous morning. The grass was dry!

 

Stretch-Jog in place, Michael Phelps, hamstring stretch, side straddle hops, quad stretch, and finished with cobra. Mosied over to the soccer field where we paired up and the workout consisted of the following:

 

10 squat merkins.

20 Bonnie Blair's per leg.

25 WWII.

10 shoulder merkins.

15 side plank merkins (30 total).

25 Squat Jumps.

15 tricep dips on bleachers, partner holds legs.

 

Run to the other side of the field and do 10 burpees. Run back, repeat. All pax did 4 cycles.

 

Mosey back to the pavilion for the Mary.

 

Reverse pyramids where one person started with 10 merkins, person to right did mountain climbers, the remainder of pax stayed in plank. After the person finished merkins, person to the left did 10 merkins, person who just did merkins did mountain climbers. Did two rounds at 10 and rep reps.

 

Reverse pyramids all doing together. 10 American hammers, LBC, and flutter kicks. Did 10, 9, 8.

 

Continued on with planks, merkins, mountain climbers, doing rounds 8 and 7.
