5 Pax started the 1st ruck/run of 2025 off right! Barndoor decided to ruck today to take another step closer to getting that coveted Tour De Lanco! Kudzu made a return after healing from a broken rib!  Numbers was flying with that ruck on today and made Barndoor work for it 💪😁.  Kudzu and Baymax pushed me hard today to another PR!  9:24 min mile pace for 5 miles!  No better way to start the year boys!!  Awesome job today brothers!! You all crushed it !! 💪
