Mosey around playground, end back at pavilion.
Theme was 33, my favorite number and my football number when I played. Everything equaled 33 except the last round, a burnout round.

33 Burpees OYO.
Set 2.
Groups of two.
Four rounds of the following:
13 Merkins
20 Squats
13 Dips
20 Lunges.
Do not start round 2, 3, or 4 until both are done with each round.
Set 3.
20 Merkins/13 WW2
15 Merkins/18 WW2
10 Merkins/23 WW2
5 Merkins/28 WW2
Pickup the 6.
20 Dips/13 mountain climbers
15 Dips/18 mountain climbers
10 Dips/23 mountain climbers
5 Dips/28 mountain climbers
Had a little bit if time to do Set 4.
Teams of three.
One PAX AMRAP Dips while other two run the perimeter of the parking lot.
Then switch (2 do dips, one runs).
4 Rounds so each PAX did two rounds of dips and two running.
