The Thang
We were supposed to have exercises at the baseball field bases, but tournaments prevented it. So we called an audible and set up cones in the grass. Each cone (1-8) had a written exercise. PAX would do the exercise at 1, then bear crawl to cone 2, do the exercise and run back to 1. Do exercise at cone 1, bear crawl to cone 2, do the exercise, NUR to cone 3, do the exercise and then run back to cone 1. This ladder routine would continue until PAX made it all the way to cone 8.
The exercises were in the following order:
10x SSH
10x American hammer
10x Squat
10x Merkins
10x Burpees
10x Lunges (the hard way)
10x Monkey humpers
10x Carolina dry docks
Once all PAX finished, we mosey’d to the pavilion.

Mosey’d to the soccer field to do a random assortment of exercises. In no particular order:
