Work out:

11 Pain Stations:

30 yard tire flip/roll back to start (tire weighs approximately 150 pounds). Tire PAX was the timer for all other stations.

Block swings (min 30 swings)

WW3s with 50# sand bag (min 30 reps)

Sled pull with 70# (min 2- 40 foot pulls)

Battle Ropes

Squat Thrusters with 40# sand bag (min 30 reps)

Farmer carry with coupons

Sand bag carry with 60#

Jump rope

Block curls (min 30 reps)

Burpee station (min 30 reps)

 

Instead of a penalty station, I had a reward station:

Spear throw through the tire about 10 yards away. Everyone starts off with 30 merkins. If a PAX:

Missed the tire= 30 merkins

Hit the tire but not through= 15 merkins

Through the tire = 0 merkins.

 

That’s the Turnpike Reward System 😀😀😀

Ended off with a game of Tug of War!
