The Thang:

Stomp through the snow and head to the Pavilion with your block

Little Bunyan’s favorite game is what he calls “Chase, Tickle, Hide” He makes me put on his dinosaur blanket, and chase him around the kitchen island.  Then I hide, then catch him, and the tickle monster tickles him. (See picture to see official Chase Tickle Hide uniform dinosaur blanket)

Chase: Mosey around the outside of the pavilion (3 laps)

Tickle: No tickling in this group

Hide: Low, Slow, Burpees…On Q down, down burpee & hold.  On Q up, jump up.  (x8)

Rotate Through Stations: AMRAP Exercises…Timer is PAX pulling block on a sled, through the snow from end of pavilion to bathrooms, and back…When PAX returns, switch stations…

Station 1.) Block Swings …Little Bunyan loves when I swing him up in the air

Station 2.) Merkin/Pickle Pointers…1 Merkin, 1 Pickle Pointer…repeat  …Little Bunyan tries to do Merkins, but they’re more like Pickle Pointers

Station 3.) WWIII’s

Station 4.) Flutter Kicks

Station 5.) Leg Extension (Sit on end of picnic table, feet dangling off end. Put feet through block, extend legs)

Station 6.) Overhead Press (on six)

Station 7.) WWII’s

Station 8.) Block Curls

Station 9.) Squats w/ block

So grateful for you guys!

Great work, on a super cold morning!  My thermometer in my car said 4 degrees when I left the Den.  When I got in my car, the people on the radio were giving a forecast and warning of how cold it was and to stay inside!  Glad we were the smart ones that didn’t stay inside, and showed up for a beatdown!  The snow angels were “snow” much fun…although, I’m not sure Patches thought so.  He didn’t make too much effort with his snow angel!  Haha!
