“Before coming to F3, my M told me I should exercise more.  I asked her what I should do.  She told me I should start with Lunges.  I shook my head, and said “Whoa!  That’s a big step!”

“My physical therapist told me I need to stop doing body-weight type exercises for a while.  This made me pretty upset.  She said, “Keep your chin up!”

“I’m about to get rid of my phone, because I’m worried that it’s been spying on me and listening to me.  Then I realized I have to get rid of my vacuum too!  It’s been collecting dirt on me for years!  It really sucks!”

Announcements: Start thinking about the PA Convergence.  June 27-28th, on City Island in Harrisburg.

Red Card is selling eggs, to fund a mission trip for he and his sister.  A “mission” trip…so if we all see Red Card riding a new bike, or with a new soccer ball, we know what the mission is for!

Thanks for getting out of the fart sack this morning fella’s, and laughing (I mean groaning) at my jokes!

Graffiti also brought his own dad joke to share with us!  “I put up a high voltage electric fence around my property.  My neighbor was dead against it!”

Thankful for you guys.  Thankful we can gather together, share some laughs, and share some burdens.  I truly believe our times together and in COT as become a thin place.  A place where we go to feel closer to God.  Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”
