Chores were divided up into 13 stations along the soccer field so each PAX had a station. An EMOM timer of 2 minutes was used after which each PAX moved to the next chore on the list.
No cheat or hand release merkins
Iron man flutter kicks – press two 20 lb dumbbells while doing flutter kick
Wagon pull – pull a wagon with 3 sandbags about 3/4 of the way across the field and back
 Block overhead press
Kitty litter dead lift – using two 40 lbs boxes of super duty arm and hammer cat litter because we have 5 cats…
Cooler rows – using a cooler filled with water bottles
 LBCs
Laundry day curls – curls using a full bottle of laundry detergent in each hand
Hold a low or high plank
 Sandbag squats
 WW2s
PAXbarrow run – take a fellow PAX for a ride about 3/4 of the way across the field and back in a wheelbarrow – hold plank or Al Gore for duration
PAXbarrow ride – take a break, kick up your feet and enjoy a leisurely ride in the wheelbarrow. No good day of chores is complete without some rest breaks.
As things kicked off Spinny Thing set the bar with the wagon pull completing two laps, laying the gauntlet down for the rest of the PAX as we cycled through the stations.
During the last 13 minutes we shortened the EMOM to 1 minute and kept moving up to the 8 am mark. PAX completed one full rotation through all stations and about halfway through a second rotation.
