2018: Sunspot, 30 merkins

2019:Fridge, run some where. 

2020: Sunspot, American hammers 25ic.

2021: Big blue, 25 merkins(was PREBLAST exercise was on backblast).

2022:  Eagle, posted a free music stand moroccan night club 10ic.

2023: Eagle, posted free ukulele (patches took it) 21s (because He’s never messed up).

2024: Big blue, 15 burpees.

2025: Sunspot, photos from ASU Football game, Quick feet down to a burpee.

2026:  Flame, run some where.

Man Of The Year With favorite exercise: 

Why Man of the Year? Because the man of the year did the most for F3 Lanco that year which means that they were on band a lot!

2017: Sunspot 17 monkey humpers.

2018: Eagle 10 burpees 

2019: Garden-state.🤷‍♂️

2020: Caterpillar. 20 monkey humpers.

2021: Big blue. 21 Sphinx merkins 

2022: Patches. 22 Burpees.

2023: Bunyan. 23 sec low plank

2024: Trojan. 24 WW2

2025: Barn door. 25 second star gazers.
