The Thang: (part 1) Ladder Workout: it’s a bear crawl drag between cones (~15m) an exercise, sprint back to the starting line, Bird Dogs till the 6 is in. Once the 6 is in all pax sprint to their block and bear crawl drag to the next cone for a new exercise of an increasing rep count. Down the ladder bear crawl drags became crawl bear drags.
