The Thang
We lined up our blocks on the edge of the parking lot facing the pavilion. We cycled through a block exercise at the line, a mode of transportation (MOT) to the pavilion, an exercise at the picnic tables, than a return MOT to the line of blocks.

Mosey to lower pavilion for a special salute for the Maintenance Crew. They were doing step-ups…we each grabbed a spot on the table top for an up close and personal monkey humper salute. Eagle ended the step-ups with “Recover…if you can”. Then we mosied back to the line.

Finished with a longer mosey around the baseball field (or if Kudzu the entire big loop 🏃♂️) before reconvening with the Maintenance Crew at the flag.

Coffeeteria and QSD at Starbucks produced a healthy mix of depth in conversation and lighter banter bringing into focus not only what makes F3 meaningful for various PAX at different stages of their journey but also how we can challenge ourselves to lead and follow through with meaningful actions to correct and repair areas where our own individual leadership may need a course correction, to serve the men of F3 and our families in more meaningful ways.
