WORKOUT
We did a “build-up” routine over 10 rounds. Each round, we added a new exercise to the list, repeating all the previous ones. After each round, we ran down the path and back. Some PAX even completed an 11th bonus round!

5: + 25 shoulder taps
6: + 30 SSHs
