WORKOUT

We did a “build-up” routine over 10 rounds. Each round, we added a new exercise to the list, repeating all the previous ones. After each round, we ran down the path and back. Some PAX even completed an 11th bonus round!

 

1: 5 burpees

2: + 10 iron mikes

3: + 15 flutter kicks

4: + 20 squats

5: + 25 shoulder taps

6: + 30 SSHs

7: + 35 LBCs

8: + 40 mtn climbers

9: + 45 high knees

10: + 50 pickle pointers
