WARM-UP:
Bell rang, time to get to class, lets Mosey. Mosey to baseball field by the Silo.

THE THANG:
Grab a block, OH carry to the pit
- Chest – OH – squat
- Cricket across the pit
- Up other side of pit- WW2 (bear crawl all the way back)
- Rep count of 10,8,6,4,2
OH carry blocks to small field by the pit. In school you have to get in a line to move around. Line up the blocks with a good spacing between.
TOL into a bear snake thru the blocks
- Heaven is going to be 3hrs away so we went thru TOL/Bear snake 3 times

Everybody’s favorite part of school is Recess : burpee basketball
Broke up into teams and burpees while you wait. Had time for 3 or 4 points to be scored.

MOLESKIN:
Great to be out with everybody and welcome an FNG B-Movie! Felt great to work off the stress of the week and the emotions of moving our 2.0 into college. Love how picking up the six was held strong today when PAX were in need. Good work there!
