This workout has meaning. We kept mozzying out to the field and then sprinting back to work on our core. I am a wonderer and I stray easily. I do something. I get comfortable and sit in it and go all in….then I get bored or complacent and wander, my mind or my actions but I want today to remind you to always sprint back to your core. When you find yourselves wondering. Remember today. Get back to your core…in life.
