Set of shoulder exercises done without rest. Each Pax calls single count up to 10 and rotate around the circle (without rest until circle is complete (12 Pax x 10= 120). Proceed to next called exercise without rest and repeat exercises were as follows in this order:
-arm circles (120)
-circle arms (120)
-shoulder/air presses (120)
-Tclaps (120)
-Seal claps (120)
