THE THANG: Feels WOD
Start the timer
2 thrusters
2 100-meter sprints (down and back = 2)
4 thrusters
4 100-meter sprints
6 thrusters
6 100-meter sprints
8 thrusters
8 100-meter sprints
Keep adding 2 thrusters and 2 sprints until 50 minutes is up. Your score is the number of 100m sprints completed.

 

Pretty sure Kudzu lapped every one A LOT…then after COT and the picture took off again. He’s an animal!!!!

 

Door Dash gets the best in form award, really taking the time to get the full range of motion on the thrusters. Making gains by not cutting corners.

Starlite gets the DFQ award. FNG on Week One and never quit. If you can handle this you better be back out.
