The Thang: using the perimeter of the softball field as our 1/4mile track

  1. Burpee Broad Jump the length of the outfield fence
  2. Lunge Walk  from the foul pole to the backstop
  3. Bear Crawl from the backstop to the foul pole. 
  4. rinse and repeat
  5. Run the perimeter of the field.
