A little preview of my Q this Saturday at the convergence…
-Dips (x15 IC)
-Grizzcalator to top of bleachers
-Step down and do 1 squat on each bleacher all the way down
-Boat/Canoe (x15 IC)
-Dips (x15 IC)
-Mosey back to blocks near pavilion…Count off by 2’s…“leave no man behind”
1’s: Do called exercise AMRAP, together.
2’s: Run to playground (all together), do 5 pull ups oyo, wait for the six, run back to blocks all together (Chowdah did the cadence count for the 1’s)
When 2’s return, they commence the exercise 1’s were doing, while 1’s sprint to playground and do pull ups.

-Lunge w/ Block…alternate legs (IC)

-Block Curls (IC)
-Monkey Humpers (IC)
-x5 Burpees (penalty) because 2’s stopped Monkey Humpers before 1’s made it back to the circle, and we didn’t do as many as the 2’s.

Great to have an FNG in the gloom for a stupid-early Tuesday WO! Welcome Ghetto! Awesome to see Chowdah again!

Prayer Requests: Ghetto’s son battling depression, and for all of us as father’s, as we look for wisdom, guidance, and discernment when it comes to raising our 2.0’s. Prayer’s for Hamloaf’s cousin’s son, Henry. I forgot to mention this morning, the mission trip that Double Mint and Red Card will be on this coming week. Prayers for them as they head to NYC. Also, prayers for Sticky Bumps and other injured PAX.
