• ‘Late for hockey practice’ [hockey bag pass, in circle, over/on top/around  picnic tables in shelter– on/off any which way ~ while waiting for bag repeat one of each: ‘Canucks’ [modified Merkin with ‘thumbs up’ each rep] and ‘Missed alarm for Moose Hunting’ [crunches]   
• Fire Brigade/‘ put out the sweat fire,’ — fill and pass cups of water to rally point. Circle up. Hold an Al Gore and dump water 💦 over head.
• ‘ Back Woods 🏕️ Canoe 🛶 Portage’ Relay’ – two teams each 40 meters apart. While teammate runs, hold then change with lactic acid buildup:  ‘Dump in the Woods’ [Al Gore] or Claude Giroux [lunges], Rotating turns, each teammate runs to opposite end, picks up camping item and returns. 21 times. Paddles used as “encouragement smackers “, orange hockey pucks used as baseballs for the bat, Coleman camp stove lovingly lugged….
• Mosey to shelter and repeat Fire 🔥 Brigade. While trying to outdo each other on Canadian history, ‘Lazy Fisherman Hamstringers’ and ‘Dump in the Woods’
• ‘ Hockey 🏒 Shot Showdown’ – teams take turns throwing/shooting puck into box, retrieve Park, and mosey around   Upon a ‘GOOAALL’ opposing team must pause and do five squats.

Cool Down

Another  Fire Brigade…ignored beer questions about where’s the ‘Canadian cold one’
