We warmed up with the Rapho pax. Lots of arm work.
The Thang
We moved to do our own thing because @OneShots list of Burpees is not what we needed. Today’s work out was based on @Eagle’s Mug of Fun. I didn’t feel like carrying a mug so adapted to Chumbawamba’s List of Fun. We walked and talked, we slowsied between benches and pavilions and took turns leading from the list. The leader was in charge of quantities and if it was ic or oyo.

Maintenance Forum
I wanted to try something new; an open discussion. Why does Chumbawamba’s thighs feel like lead and my stride has been decreasing? We discussed possible reasons and options to explore. Everyone shared ideas which was part of my idea for starting the “Forum”.
