Great work today even with the humidity. We made sure to take brakes to catch our breath and hydrate as the air was thick.

When i was trying to determine the rep count, thought why not lucky 19 right?!? So everything was to 19 today. No significance, just what i rolled with haha. It was a little IPC-esque so Rocket Man got a slight taste of whats to come in a few months.

Appreciate everybody being there this morning and following my lead. While hot and humid, we all got just a little bit better.
