The Thang

This workout was surprisingly hard, maybe the humidity kicked my butt.

 

We took turns picking exercises (I picked the count), but the exercises were upper body, mid body, then lower body.  In between each exercise, mode of transportation around the pavilion was Lunge Walks (L/W), Broad Jumps (B/J), and Bear Crawls (B/C).
