The Thang
Circle up….
-one pax in the middle, complete 5 blockees. Rotate through with each Pax taking a turn in “the arena.” All other PAX complete called exercise AMRAP until all PAX have completed blockees. Rinse and repeat through all exercises.
-Shoulder Tap Merkins
-Block swings
-Squat thrusters
-Big Boy sit ups
-Block Curls
-Grave diggers
-Cool down mosey around the baseball field

All PAX gathered to give thanks/praise and pray over each others’ needs and trials. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 was shared and discussed.
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
