The Thang

 

Mosey down to the pavilion.  Split into three teams, team one had four so they had more reps.

 

round one.

 

One Pax does the exercise, the other two do something else until tired and switch with another until the rep number is done.

 

300 Merkins (one pax)

250 Block curls.

Lunge walks.

 

Round three.

 

250 Heels to Heaven.

Mountain Climbers.

 

Bonus-45 seconds of Monkey Rolls.  Special thanks to Big Blue for re-introducing those to me, reminds me of football practice back in the day!  and it’s usually in my workouts now.  😁

Trojan family, kids graduations coming up.

 

At Trojans (no muffins this week 😂!), Double Mint led a good conversation regarding the QSD.  Also lively discussion regarding Slack.

 

I told two stories, my first workout run by patches and how I thought the donut ruck was what F3 was about.  What a shock that was!

 

Second story is the glue for F3 and me.  We made a very difficult decision to send Boomerang away.  Was the worst night of my life knowing that two strangers would come and take my son away to an academy for about a year.  Why tell this?  Because there were several Pax who insisted we go to American bar and grill to hang out.  I remember that and always will.  So special thank you to those who came…Big Blue, Meatball, Caterpillar, Sunspot, Eagle, and Baymax for applying the glue on Double Down!
