9 PAX made it out on one of the coldest mornings this fall for a beard frost inducing beatdown.

Short mosey over to the pavilion then we did some work up and down a pyramid, bracketed with derkins and dips. I called the cadence or down and Cat provided reliable counting up to 20 or so but slightly questionable counting at 30 and up. 😁

Mosey / sprint around the pavilion 3 laps to “stay warm”. As the moseys progressed it became clear that it was more of a face freeze than a warm up…

Longer mosey over to the playground and back. Starting to feel that beard frost forming. After getting back I was ready to start another pyramid but someone reminded me I never went back down the last pyramid…so we did that.

Even longer mosey around the main park loop to get that beard frost layer in full form and ensure we could no longer feel our faces. 😆

Derkins x10

Derkins x10 a second time to round up to 45 minutes

COT

Bunyan – work travel with a coworker out to western most Maryland and back.

Sunspot – students wrapping up end of the semester and travels back home.

Door Dash – Praise for time time with my Dad and my son this weekend and continued prayers for my Dad’s health. Prayers for courage and open hearts with my M and 2.0s in efforts to bring more prayer into family time.

Good discussion continued over at Starbucks around “Wild at Heart” with Oneshot joining us there. Continued prayers for him and others facing seasonal cold symptoms etc. Shout-out to Cat for leading that discussion and praying over the men at the conclusion of Coffeeteria.
