Thanks for forcing yourself to show up this morning by accelerating your mass out of the fartsack! (Physics lesson, Force=Mass * Acceleration) Y’all did the hard thing this morning, and you’re better than you were yesterday.
As we were running, Trojan ran past me and said he used to love me, but now he hates me. When we got back to the flag, he hugged me, and said he loved me again! I’ve been thinking about that little exchange all morning…As we face life, obstacles and hard stuff is going to come. Jesus promised us that. Those hard times are definitely no fun going through. We may even want to look to God and tell him we hate him. But he still loves us. God even invites us to wrestle with him. He created us, and knows what’s best for us, even if we don’t fully agree with him at the time. If we face the hard times knowing if we just keep going, we can use those times to strengthen ourselves, our relationship with others, and our relationship with our creator. F3 has definitely strengthened me, not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Sometimes I hate the WO, they suck going through them, but after it’s done, I feel great, and can face whatever is ahead of me that day with more confidence. That’s why we say “Embrace the suck!” I appreciate and honor you guys!
