20 pax made it out of the fartsack and into the gloom to help celebrate YHC’s respect Q. I was definitely blown away by the support and honored to have you all there at my “party”. We dealt with the rain off and on and did a nice big loop at the park while tallying up 50 reps of exercises. (Don’t tell anyone, but we ended up doing 50 Burpee‘s this morning…or humble brag if you want…😂). Special thanks to @Bunyan and Zippy for traveling from their regions to join us too!! Love a good DR visit!!

Like I shared in COT, we’re all fighting battles out there and we are not in this alone!! It is the support of the HIM on your left and right that we have which helps us be able to fight and celebrate the good and persevere through the bad.
