-Mosey to shed to get 2 more blocks

-Walk back to Pavilion

 

The rain last night had me rethink my Q for today.  So came down to calling an audible for much of the workout.

 

x50 SC Block Squats

 

Partner Up:

PAX 1: Run to lower pavilion and back

PAX 2: LBC

-Repeat until each PAX does 100 LBC

 

PAX 1: Block Curls (x25 SC)

PAX 2: SSH

(Repeato 4 times…100 Block Curls total for each PAX)

 

PAX 1: Overhead Press (x25 SC)

PAX 2: Calf Raises w/ Block (x25)

(Repeato 2 times…x50 Overhead Press total for each PAX)

 

x50 SC Block Squats

 

PAX 1: Overhead Press (x25 SC)

PAX 2: WWII

(Repeato 2 times…x50 Overhead Press total for each PAX)

 

Those without blocks, mosey to shed, while those with blocks to put away, walk to shed.  Plank until 6 is in.

 

Mosey back to Pavilion.  Since Flame’s mosey is a run for the rest of us, and Big Blue and Hatch ran to keep up with Flame, they left the rest of us behind.  So we did 3 penalty burpees.

(Not sure what the penalty was…For the 3 of them leaving the other 3 behind?  Or for the other 3 not being able to keep up?)  But, we all did the burpees!

Prayers for my M, her job situation and this court case that’s still ongoing and that she still has to be apart of.

Prayers for my M and I, and 2 kids as we leave for Maine this weekend.

Prayers for those around us that have been affected by the flooding last night.  And the fire near the park that was happening during the WO.  That actually stopped during our prayer!

Prayers for us as men that we can be a shining light and set a good example to those in our concentrica.
