It’s the Saturday after Memorial Day, so it seemed appropriate to spend the morning remembering just a few of the men and women who gave all for our country and those they promised to serve. Instead of doing a single hero WOD, I took three common ones to create a mashup.

10x IC Micheal Phelps
10x IC slow squat
10x IC Imperial walkers
10x IC windmills

Read a summary of Staff Sgt Robbie Miller

Once complete, mosey back to the blocks to repeat the routine (minus the readings)
We were just a few reps short of completing three rounds.
Put the blocks away and returned to the flag where we finished off our homage with No Surrenders
COT
Announcements were:
- brew ruck next week
- Convergence in 3 weeks
Lifted up praise for Juice’s positive test results, protecting Door Dash from a near accident, and Door Dash dad’s positive response to recent treatment.
Lifted up graduating students and Sputnik’s challenge to see his daughter.
Today was a tough one and the guys did awesome. It’s worth reading the stories behind the WODs that bear these men’s name. It’s inspiring to hear of their bravery and sacrifice to protect their brothers in arms.
