Make our way to the shelter out of the wind for The Return of the Vator!

Good work this morning fellas! I like the Vator WO as it’s a nice full body WO. Breaking it down helps us to get good quality reps all the way thru. Way to push and get good reps in! Got to pay homage to Eagle with the pee-pee squat. If any dudes heard the rep count going by during that portion is for sure never posting hahaha.
