5 runners and 1 Rucker got in some miles on this amazingly cool morning! Everyone did a great job today! Numbers did 3.0 miles wicked fast! 💪 It took Square and I almost 3 miles to catch him and I was moving the fastest I have ran yet! The runners did 4.01 and 5 miles!
