12 on a Thursday! Must be getting nice out!

Disclaimer: Cat and Double Down “Claim” to have run 5 miles prior to our arrival and had to leave for personal commitments….after 4 pictures and much debate it has been decided they will get credit for their post….but they didn’t look to sweaty…😜

Summary:

2 early Pax got 5 miles

2 Pax are really fast and got 5 miles

2 Pax rucked it up and

The rest of us did 4.4 miles are varying pace intervals of 5 mins slower pace and 1 min 8 pick up the speed pace. We did NOT pick up Crop Fits 6 even though we found the doggy doo doo bag on the run and could have helped out. It was a step too far.

All Pax finished the race.
