1 PAX came out and got down to it while listening to 40 minutes of some heartfelt songs.

 

Warmup:

10 dips

10 squats

10 derkins

Moseyed around the building to sweep the parking lot in case any stragglers had arrived.

 

The Thang

 

The original Q was based on partner work where one Pax does the first exercise, while the other does the second; switch whenever you need to in order to get 100 reps of the second. Since working solo, I modified and did sets of 20, with a mosey in between.

 

After completing the warmup mosey returned to the playground area for:

 

20 SSHs/20 Merkins

20 LBCs/20 Pickle Pointers

20 Mountain Climbers/20 Dips

20 second Plank/20 WWIIs

20 High Knees/20 Monkey Humpers

 

Moseyed over to the far side of the parking lot near the front entrance of MBIC and completed another set:

 

20 SSHs/20 Merkins

20 LBCs/20 Pickle Pointers

20 Mountain Climbers/20 Dips

20 second Plank/20 WWIIs

20 High Knees/20 Monkey Humpers

 

Mosied back to the playground for a third set:

 

20 SSHs/20 Merkins

20 LBCs/20 Pickle Pointers

20 Mountain Climbers/20 Dips

20 second Plank/20 WWIIs

20 High Knees/20 Monkey Humpers

 

Started my cool down with a mosey back to the far side of the parking lot, stopping to grace a few vehicles with F3 and Lake Champion cards/flyers. Mosied/wosied back to the playground.

After the 45 minute workout the Q hit the trail to Rapho park and joined them for QSD and some cool refreshments.
