THE THANG: — “Four stations of Pain

Set up a large square or rectangle using cones or natural markers, roughly 20–30 yards between corners. Pax move between stations as a group

At each station, perform the following exercises:

Station 1 – Upper Body:

15 Merkins (switch it up every time) – down

5 pullups – oyo

Station 2 – Core:

25 LBCs – up

20 Leg Raises – up

Station 3 – Lower Body:

20 Jump Squats

15 Monkey Humpers (IC)

Station 4 – Full Body/Cardio:

10 Burpees

20 Mountain Climbers (IC)

Movement between corners:

Lap 1: Bear crawl to each station

Mosey

Lap 2: Lunge walk between stations

Lap 3: Sprint between station
