Five PAX made it out for one of the first (of many) humid central PA mornings. It was cool, but the humidity added a little thickness to the air that says summer is coming.

Three runners took off on the normal loop. Two runners made a steady pace to finish 4 miles, where Flame sped ahead to finish the day with 5miles.

Two ruckers did the standard loop of 2.85 miles.

Miles are behind us and we beat the fart sack for another day. Nice job men!
