Partnered up:
– 10 no surrenders with partner while holding 75 lb heavy bag. After those 10, sprint to soccer midfield and back. PAX in waiting, LBC's OYO. Continue until all teams complete task.
– With partner, heavy bag carry across field on shoulder. Switch shoulders on the return. PAX in waiting, SSH OYO. Continue until all teams complete task.
– With partner, heavy bag overhead carry to soccer midfield and back. PAX in waiting, WW2's OYO. Continue until all teams complete task.
– Line up for "Follow the Leader". Pax in front of line does 5 squat thrusters with 60# sand bag. Everyone behind him does air squats at PAX pace. When 5 reps completed, go to back of line and next PAX goes. Did 2 rounds of these.
– Did 2 rounds of the ultimate team challenge…. Tug-of-War.
