The Quest: form groups of 3, carry your coupon with you to each of the missions. Reps are single count, one person exercises at a time, everyone else does something while waiting. Divide up reps any way you want.

 

Missions:

150 dips, LBCs while waiting

150 block squats, plank while waiting

150 WW2s, plank jacks while waiting

150 merkins, SSH while waiting

 

Final Boss:

90 block curls

90 block swings

90 block OH presses

Step ups while waiting

 

After achieving victory, help another team or work on side-quests until everyone is finished.

150 Monkey humpers
