This is week 1 of my 18 week marathon training! So, any open Qβs between now and October will become mine and therefore part of my training! You have been warned π!! Hee hee ! Todayβs plan, 3 miles! 10 Pax showed up on this beautiful running weather morning to get in some miles!! No gloves required today! π 2.75 miles to be exact ! You all did fantastic! I was going to have us do the last .25 miles to get to 3 but I was pretty sure OneShot would have killed me! π so I did that when I got home πͺ. Great work today brothers !! πͺ. Despite what Patches says about not liking running , HE IS A RUNNER boys !!!

Line up on sideline, perform 1 squat, run to far line , perform 10 monkey humpers, adds up to 11 , run back to sideline, perform 2 squats , run back to far line , perform 9 monkey humpers , keep going until 10 squats and 1 monkey humpers
Mosey back to parking lot
Mosey to and around large pavilion and back to parking lot to get milage π
