each team one of 6 one of 5 raced to throw 2, 2 gallon water bottles to the last cone then back one at a time and after every throw go back. to start cone and do a number of an exercise.
First round squat throw go back and do 22 merkins.
Round 2: under hand toss go back and do 40 ssh.
round 3: squat throw go back 30 LBC.
round 4: still in teams lay down shoulder to shoulder and pass one of the bottles to each (like the bottle is crowd surfing) other back goes to front, go there and back.
round 5: line up pass bottle through legs (like the center is snapping the ball to the QB) can’t let the bottle hit the ground or do 2 burpees as a team.
round 6: over under same format as round 5.
