We did an exercise at the top and at the bottom, that same number on both ends from 1 to 7. Halfway down the hill, stop and do 1 derkin. On the way back up, 1 irkin. This number did not increase with each round but was completed each way down or up.
Round 1 – At the top, merkins. At the bottom, WW2's. So, 1 Merkin, half way down is 1 derkin, to the bottom, 1 WW2, half way up, 1 irkin, continue back to top of hill. Continue up to 7 and 7 stopping each way up or down for 1 rep each time.
Round 2 – Top is Block chest press, at bottom, jump squats. Same format as above.
Round 3 – Top, skull crushers. Bottom, Bonnie Blair's the hard way. Same format as above.
Round 4 – Top, block swings. Bottom, LBCs. Same format as above.
Put coupons back and moseyed back to flag area.
