
A big 10 PAX made it out on a beautiful morning to continue their inspiration of the annual running of IPC. I dug into the history books from 2020 and pulled out Week 2 known as the Wheel of Misfortune. Here is what we did…

All cones were 25 yards out setup like a wheel.
400 meter run to start
Start in the center – 10 thruster
Rifle carry to Cone 1 – 25 derkins
Rifle carry to center – 10 thrusters
Rifle carry to Cone 2 – 25 blockees
Rifle carry to center – 10 thrusters
Rifle carry to cone 3 – 25 block squats
Rifle carry to center – 10 thrusters
Rifle carry to Cone 4 – 25 block swings
Rifle carry to center – 10 thrusters
Rifle carry to Cone 5 – 25 vertical block press
Rifle carry to center – 10 thrusters
Rifle carry to Cone 6 – 25 Alpos

Still had time left so started back but in reverse and got in the following…
